# FORTUNE SUN abandons review and suspends trading from September 9

According to the announcement from FORTUNE SUN (00352), the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Committee has decided to maintain its decision based on Listing Rule 13.24. Unless the company submits an application for review of this decision under its rights pursuant to Listing Rule 2B.06(1), trading of its shares will be suspended from September 9, 2025 (i.e., seven business days after the date of the Listing Committee's decision). After careful consideration, the company has decided to waive its right to submit a review application under Listing Rule 2B.06(1). Therefore, trading of the company's shares will be suspended from September 9, 2025.

Before trading can be resumed, the company must: (1) re-comply with the provisions of Listing Rule 13.24; (2) meet any resumption guidance that the Stock Exchange may impose; and (3) satisfy the Stock Exchange that it has fully complied with the Listing Rules
