According to the announcement from Dolphin Research, LVJI TECH (01745) has stated that Gao Yuanyuan has submitted her resignation to the board due to other work arrangements, resigning as an independent non-executive director, and will no longer serve as the chair of the board's nomination committee and a member of the board's audit committee, all effective from September 8, 2025
