HJINV announced that the company intends to acquire 27.45% of the shares of Huiyi Intelligent held by existing shareholder Xiangjiang Technology and 16.5% of the shares held by Zhuang'an Technology, totaling 43.95% of Huiyi Intelligent's shares. Upon completion of the transaction, the company will hold 82.45% equity in Huiyi Intelligent. The payment method for this transaction will be cash, divided into two phases.
