# HJINV: Plans to acquire a 43.95% stake in Huiyi Intelligent

HJINV announced that the company intends to acquire 27.45% of the shares of Huiyi Intelligent held by existing shareholder Xiangjiang Technology and 16.5% of the shares held by Zhuang'an Technology, totaling 43.95% of Huiyi Intelligent's shares. Upon completion of the transaction, the company will hold 82.45% equity in Huiyi Intelligent. The payment method for this transaction will be cash, divided into two phases. This transaction aims to increase the company's investment in new energy transportation services and related fields, aligning with the company's future strategic development plan
