According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Jiecang Linear Motion Technology (603583.SH) announced that it has recently received a "Notice of Share Reduction Plan" issued by its shareholders. Zhongsheng Investment plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 6.1323 million shares through block trading, accounting for 1.60% of the company's total share capital; Mr. Wu Dizeng plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 300,000 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.08% of the company's total share capital. The above shareholders will implement the reduction plan within three months after the announcement of this reduction plan, with the reduction price determined by the market price
