# Supezet: Ma Liping and his concerted parties plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 1.3% of shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Supezet (688121.SH) announced that Mr. Ma Liping and his concerted party Shanghai Muxin Private Fund Management Co., Ltd. - Muxin Tongying No. 2 Private Securities Investment Fund plan to reduce their holdings in the company through a combination of centralized bidding and block trading. The total reduction will not exceed 3.037 million shares, which is no more than 1.3% of the company's total share capital. For centralized bidding, the total number of shares reduced within any consecutive 90 days will not exceed 1% of the company's total shares, and for block trading, the total number of shares reduced within any consecutive 90 days will not exceed 0.3% of the company's total shares
