# Cybersecurity company Netskope seeks a valuation of up to $6.5 billion in its IPO in the United States

> Cloud security company Netskope plans to seek a valuation of up to $6.5 billion in its initial public offering (IPO) in the United States, issuing 47.8 million shares at a price range of $15 to $17 per share, with a maximum fundraising amount of $813 million. This IPO reflects investors' interest in new stock listings, and market confidence is gradually recovering. Netskope was founded in 2012 and primarily develops cloud security software, with clients including Qualcomm and the Bank of Montreal. Morgan Stanley and JPMorgan Chase are the lead underwriters, and the stock will be listed on NASDAQ under the ticker "NTSK"
