JIANGSU LIANFA announced that the company's director Kong Lingguo currently holds 552,500 shares, accounting for 0.1707% of the company's total share capital; due to personal funding needs, he plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 138,100 shares through centralized bidding from October 1, 2025, to December 30, 2025, accounting for 0.0427% of the company's total share capital and 25% of his holdings
