# SUNVIM: Yian Difeng No. 8 plans to transfer 18.1 million shares

SUNVIM announced that its shareholder Yiandi Feng No. 8, holding 2.13% of the company's shares, plans to transfer 18.1 million shares to Anxin Investment through block trading between September 30, 2025, and December 30, 2025. This transfer will not result in a change of the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller, and there is uncertainty regarding the implementation of the transfer plan. Currently, Anxin Investment directly holds 72.903 million shares of the company, Yiandi Feng No. 8 holds 19.3 million shares, Hengci Electric Motor holds 865,400 shares, and Anxin Investment and its concerted parties collectively hold 93.0684 million shares
