GOLDEN SUN announced that director and deputy general manager Yang Wei reduced his holdings by a total of 675,300 shares through centralized bidding on 2025.08.27, 2025.09.01, and 2025.09.05, accounting for 0.49% of the total share capital; Fang Hong reduced his holdings by 400,400 shares on 2025.08.27, accounting for 0.29%; Liu Yibiao reduced his holdings by 419,900 shares on 2025.08.27, accounting for 0.30%; Nong Zhongchao reduced his holdings by 160,000 shares on 2025.08.27, accounting for 0.12%; Du Yanyan reduced his holdings by 8,400 shares on 2025.09.04, accounting for 0.01%; Du Changbo did not implement a reduction, and the reduction plans of six directors and executives have been completed
