# GL TECH's actual controller and its concerted parties plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 2%

According to the announcement from ZhiTong Finance APP, GL TECH (300480.SZ) announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Mr. Zhao Tongyu, along with his concerted party Ningbo WanFengLong Trading Co., Ltd., collectively holds 142 million shares of the company (accounting for 40.33% of the total share capital after excluding the shares held in the company's repurchase special account). They plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by no more than 7.0279 million shares (accounting for 2% of the total share capital after excluding the shares held in the company's repurchase special account) through block trading within three months after the announcement date, starting from 15 trading days thereafter
