According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Simei Media (002712.SZ) announced that Ms. Yu Jun, a director and executive vice president holding 0.2337% of the shares, plans to reduce her holdings in the company by no more than 317,900 shares through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after the 15 trading days from the date of the announcement, accounting for 25% of her total holdings and 0.0584% of the company's total share capital
