# AYJK: Planning for changes in company control, trading will be suspended starting tomorrow

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, AYJK (002172.SZ) announced that it recently received a notice from its controlling shareholder, Aoyang Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Aoyang Group"), that Aoyang Group is planning to transfer the company's shares (the specific ratio and transaction method will be further discussed and determined by both parties). This matter may lead to a change in the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller. Given that the above matter is in the negotiation stage and there is still significant uncertainty, in order to protect the interests of the majority of investors, the company's stock will be suspended from trading starting from September 9, 2025, and the suspension is expected to last no more than 2 trading days
