HUCD announced that the company plans to jointly invest with China Real Estate Development Hefei Co., Ltd. to establish Hefei Qicheng Real Estate Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 210 million RMB. HUCD will hold 51% of the shares, while China Real Estate Hefei will hold 49%. Qicheng Real Estate will be responsible for the development and construction of the land parcel XZ202501 in the New Station District of Hefei City. This move aims to collaboratively develop the land parcel and will not have a significant adverse impact on the company's financial and operational status
