# Noposion: The actual controller plans to reduce holdings by 2.98% of shares

Noposion announced that the actual controller Lu Boqiang and the concerted parties Shenzhen Noposion Investment Holding Co., Ltd., Yunnan Runbaoyingxin Agricultural Co., Ltd., and Lu Cuidong collectively hold 354 million shares of the company, accounting for 35.21%; they plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 30 million shares, accounting for 2.98%, through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the announcement date, of which the reduction through centralized bidding will not exceed 1%, and the reduction through block trading will not exceed 2%. The reason for the reduction is to repay debts
