# The actual controller of Kingswood Education plans to reduce holdings by no more than 1% of shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Kingswood Education (300192.SZ) announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Mr. Wu Xianliang, plans to reduce his holdings in the company through centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement (i.e., from September 30, 2025, to December 29, 2025), by no more than 3.2914 million shares, accounting for no more than 1% of the company's total share capital
