According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Leon (300603.SZ) announced that its shareholder Jiuyi Stable Growth No. 1 Private Securities Investment Fund (hereinafter referred to as "Jiuyi Stable No. 1 Fund") plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 13.8089 million shares (accounting for 3% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding and/or block trading within three months after the disclosure of this announcement, specifically from September 30, 2025, to December 29, 2025
