# NavInfo plans to participate in the new round of financing for PhiGent Robotics Limited

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, NavInfo (002405.SZ) announced that in order to further optimize the company's strategic layout, overall resource allocation, enhance comprehensive strength, build a reasonable industrial layout, and improve core competitiveness, the company is planning external investment matters. The company intends to participate in a new round of financing for PhiGent Robotics Limited in cash and asset form. PhiGent Robotics Limited is the parent company of Beijing JianZhi Technology Co., Ltd. JianZhi is a large-scale software algorithm company for mid-to-high-end intelligent driving mass production, providing automotive companies with high-end intelligent driving products based on the Horizon platform. After the completion of this transaction, the intelligent driving businesses of both parties will be integrated, providing automotive companies with intelligent driving services covering low, mid, and high-end based on the Horizon platform and Qualcomm platform
