According to Tianyancha's business information, recently, Hangzhou Zhiwuji Embodied Intelligence Co., Ltd. underwent changes, with new shareholders NOBLELIFT and JZABM added. The registered capital increased from 1.1 million RMB to 1.17 million RMB, an increase of approximately 6%. Hangzhou Zhiwuji Embodied Intelligence Co., Ltd. was established in April 2025, with Chen Guang as the legal representative. Its business scope includes the research and development of intelligent robots, sales of intelligent robots, and development of basic software for artificial intelligence. Shareholder information shows that the company is currently jointly held by Hangzhou Endless Frontier Enterprise Management Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Zhiqi Kaiwu Technology Consulting Partnership, and the aforementioned new shareholders
