# SXXC's controlling shareholder extends the pledge of some shares

SXXC announced that one of its controlling shareholders, Huifu Investment, holds 72,461,952 shares of the company, accounting for 17.12%. It has extended the pledge of some shares processed on September 8, 2025, with a total of 5,810,000 shares pledged after the extension, accounting for 8.02% of its holdings and 1.37% of the company's total share capital. Huifu Investment and its concerted actors collectively hold 54.90% of the company's total share capital, and the pledged shares after this extension account for 2.50% of its holdings and 1.37% of the company's total share capital. The pledged shares have not been used for other guarantee purposes. The company will continue to monitor the share pledge situation and disclose it in a timely manner
