# HWHG: Yu Can Granules enter Phase II clinical trial research

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, HWHG (600079.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Wuhan HWHG Innovative Drug Research and Development Center Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Innovative Drug R&D Center") recently disclosed the Phase II clinical trial registration information on the National Medical Products Administration's drug clinical trial registration and information disclosure platform.

Trial Name: A multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase II clinical trial of Yu Can Granules for the treatment of diabetic kidney disease with overt proteinuria. Trial Objective: To preliminarily evaluate the efficacy and safety of Yu Can Granules in treating diabetic kidney disease with overt proteinuria and to explore dosage, providing a basis for Phase III clinical research
