# CHINESE MEDIA provides a bank credit guarantee of 64.4 million yuan for its subsidiary Langzhi Media

Recently, Chinese Media Publishing Group Co., Ltd. signed a "Maximum Guarantee Contract" with DBS Bank Ltd. Beijing Branch to provide a bank credit guarantee of 64.4 million yuan for its wholly-owned subsidiary Beijing Langzhi Network Media Technology Co., Ltd. The guarantee method is joint liability guarantee, with a term from April 1, 2025, to August 10, 2026. After this guarantee, the company's total guarantee amount for Langzhi Media reaches 258 million yuan, with an actual external guarantee balance of 158 million yuan. As of the end of 2024, Langzhi Media has total assets of 1.433 billion yuan and a net profit of 93 million yuan. This guarantee is within the approved limit of the company's shareholders' meeting, the risk is controllable, and it is beneficial for the subsidiary's business development
