# HiTech Develop provides a guarantee of 50 million yuan for its wholly-owned subsidiary

On September 10, 2025, Tianjin HiTech Development Co., Ltd. announced that it would provide guarantees for its wholly-owned subsidiary Tianjin HiTech Fangtong Investment Co., Ltd. The guarantee amount is 50 million yuan, with a previous guarantee balance of 170 million yuan, resulting in a post-guarantee balance of 220 million yuan and an available quota of 180 million yuan. The company provides joint liability guarantees, and the subsidiary Tianjin Baizhu Technology has mortgaged three properties. The guarantee period is three years from the expiration date of each debt contract. HiTech Fangtong's asset-liability ratio exceeds 70%, but its business is stable and its credit is good, making the guarantee risk controllable. As of the announcement date, the total amount of external guarantees provided by the company and its holding subsidiaries is 220 million yuan, accounting for 12.39% of the most recent audited net assets, with no overdue guarantees
