# Sunlord: The non-trading transfer of the fifth employee stock ownership plan has been completed

Sunlord announced that the non-trading transfer of the fifth employee stock ownership plan has been completed. The company repurchased a total of 9.5635 million shares through a dedicated securities account for stock repurchase via centralized bidding, accounting for 1.19% of the company's total share capital. The shares were transferred to the employee stock ownership plan securities account "Shenzhen Sunlord Electronics Co., Ltd. - Fifth Employee Stock Ownership Plan" at a transfer price of 14.44 yuan/share. After the completion of this transfer, the fifth employee stock ownership plan is officially established, with a duration of 48 months
