# QIFAN Cable has downwardly revised the conversion price of "QIFAN Convertible Bonds," effective September 11

Shanghai QIFAN Cable Co., Ltd. announced that the conversion price of "QIFAN Convertible Bonds" will be adjusted downward. The price before adjustment was 19.55 yuan/share, and after adjustment, it will be 17.35 yuan/share, with the implementation date set for September 11, 2025. The "QIFAN Convertible Bonds" will be suspended for trading all day on September 10 and will resume trading on September 11. This convertible bond was issued and listed in 2021, with an initial conversion price of 20.53 yuan/share, which has been adjusted multiple times due to the company's implementation of incentive plans and profit distribution. From August 1 to 21, 2025, the company's stock triggered the downward adjustment clause for the conversion price.
