# PHARMABLOCK reminds about the implementation of the redemption of PHARMABLOCK convertible bonds and the related trading suspension

Nanjing PHARMABLOCK Co., Ltd. issued an important notice regarding the implementation of the redemption of PHARMABLOCK convertible bonds and the upcoming cessation of trading. The last trading day for the "PHARMABLOCK convertible bonds" is September 12, 2025, after which trading will cease; the last conversion date is September 17, and those not converted by the close of trading will be forcibly redeemed at 100.62 yuan per bond, which may result in losses for investors. From July 25 to August 14, 2025, the company's stock triggered conditional redemption clauses. The company issued 11.5 million "PHARMABLOCK convertible bonds" in 2022, with the current conversion price at 33.61 yuan per share.
