DeepGlint announced that the company's controlling shareholders, Tianjin DeepGlint Intelligent Data Technology Center, Tianjin LingTong ZhongZhi Technology Center, Tianjin LingTong LaiKe Technology Center, Tianjin LingTong ZhiYuan Technology Center, and Tianjin LingTong ShuYuan Technology Center, committed not to transfer or reduce their directly held shares in the company within six months starting from September 17, 2025. The aforementioned shareholders collectively hold 70.2968 million shares, accounting for 27.14% of the company's total share capital. Any shares generated during the commitment period from capital reserve conversion to share capital, stock dividends, rights issues, or additional issuances will also comply with this commitment
