# QIDIAN GUOFENG Baijiu raw liquor RWA is tokenized on a virtual asset operation platform

> QIDIAN GUOFENG announced that its shareholders have authorized the purchase of the company's raw liquor and will tokenize it as the underlying asset of RWA (Real World Assets) along with shareholder equity. This RWA has been issued on the ADG platform, with an initial issuance planned for HKD 500 million, with the first phase being HKD 100 million. This move will enhance the company's brand value, expand financing channels, and promote the global dissemination of Chinese liquor culture, aiding the company's digital transformation

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, QIDIAN GUOFENG (01280) announced that one of its shareholders has authorized the purchase of the company's raw liquor and will use the raw liquor and the shareholder's shares in the company as the underlying assets for the issuance of RWA (Real World Assets) products. The RWA has been officially issued on the ADG platform (a decentralized RWA issuance management platform deployed on the Binance chain), with an initial issuance planned for a total of HKD 500 million, with the first phase being HKD 100 million. The issuance of RWA real-world assets covers the following aspects:

-   The company's shareholder is pushing itself to the forefront of financial innovation by tokenizing the liquor assets into RWA real-world assets, which will significantly enhance the company's brand value and influence;
    
-   After the issuance of RWA real-world assets on ADG, the company's shareholder can directly access global capital, enriching its investor base and expanding financing channels; and
    
-   RWA real-world assets help promote the QIDIAN GUOFENG brand and Chinese liquor culture to the world, while laying a solid foundation for the future integration of technology, finance, and industry.
    

The project aims to consolidate the group's existing business foundation, leverage cutting-edge technology in the digital asset field, further enhance core competitiveness, and drive business innovation and digital transformation. The board believes that this participation can push the company to the forefront of digital transformation in the traditional asset field
