# TSUI WAH HLDG will close its authorized restaurant located in Terminal 1 of Hong Kong International Airport

According to the announcement from TSUI WAH HLDG (01314), on May 26, 2020, the Group was granted a license to operate authorized restaurants located in the Terminal 1 passenger building of Hong Kong International Airport through a tender from the Airport Authority, for a period of 60 months, which will expire on October 28, 2025 (expiry date). As the Group was unable to obtain an extension for the authorized restaurant through the Airport Authority's tender, the authorized restaurant will cease operations on or around the expiry date.

As of March 31, 2025, the Group operates a total of 72 restaurants in Hong Kong, Macau, mainland China, and Singapore. For the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025, the revenue generated by the authorized restaurant accounted for approximately 8% of the Group's total revenue. The Board believes that the closure of the authorized restaurant will not have any significant impact on the Group's operations and business performance
