According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Asiacom (301085.SZ) disclosed the pricing situation for the transfer of shares through shareholder inquiry. After inquiring with institutional investors, the preliminary transfer price was determined to be 50.99 yuan per share. After negotiations between the transferor and the organizing brokerage, it was unanimously decided to initiate an additional subscription procedure, with the deadline for additional subscriptions no later than September 22, 2025
