# MINMETALS LAND appoints Deng Yingjie as the company secretary

> According to the Zhitong Finance APP, MINMETALS LAND announced that Mr. Yao Yuxiang has resigned as the company secretary and the alternate representatives of Mr. He Jianbo and Mr. Chen Xingwu under Rule 3.06 of the Securities Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, effective from September 10, 2025. From the same date, Mr. Deng Yingjie has been appointed as the company secretary and the alternate representatives of Mr. He Jianbo and Mr. Chen Xingwu under the Listing Rules

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, MINMETALS LAND (00230) announced that Mr. Yao Yuxiang has resigned as the company secretary and the alternate representatives of Mr. He Jianbo and Mr. Chen Xingwu under Rule 3.06 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, effective from September 10, 2025.

On the same day, Mr. Deng Yingjie was appointed as the company secretary and the alternate representatives of Mr. He Jianbo and Mr. Chen Xingwu under the Listing Rules
