BGI Genomics announced that its shareholder Shenzhen Shenghua Investment Enterprise, holding more than 5% of the shares, will reduce its holdings by 1,250,700 shares through centralized bidding from September 4, 2025, to September 8, 2025, accounting for 0.2990% of the company's total share capital. Its shareholding ratio will decrease from 8.2403% to 7.9413%. This equity change touches upon an integer multiple of 1%, and the reduction plan has not yet been fully implemented
