# Sanbo Neuroscience plans to participate in the investment to establish Tianjin Yuanming Haihe Brain Science Venture Capital Partnership

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Sanbo Neuroscience (301293.SZ) announced that in order to continuously improve the company's industrial chain, enhance the clinical diagnosis and treatment level, and further strengthen the company's technological empowerment, as well as to fully utilize the advantages of the capital market platform and leverage the management capabilities and investment experience of professional investment institutions, the company plans to participate as a limited partner in the establishment of Tianjin Yuanming Haihe Brain Science Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) (the final name will be determined by the business administration department, hereinafter referred to as "the Fund" or "the Partnership"). The Partnership aims to raise a total of 300 million yuan, and the company plans to subscribe for 57 million yuan of the Fund's shares. On September 9, 2025, the company signed the "Partnership Agreement of Tianjin Yuanming Haihe Brain Science Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership)" with Tianjin Yuanming Management Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership) and other partners.

By participating in the establishment of the Fund, the company can leverage the strengths of all parties, achieve strong alliances, and complement resources, bringing broader investment channels and development platforms to the company. On the other hand, this Fund will focus on investing in leading enterprises in the brain science field with clinical advantages in the future, including but not limited to the examination and diagnosis of brain diseases, treatment and monitoring, health management and rehabilitation, and medical information technology. It will prioritize investments in brain science enterprises with advanced technologies and their upstream and downstream segmented leading enterprises and quality targets, aligning closely with the company's main business. This can create a positive synergy with the company's existing medical service business, primarily focused on neurology, contributing to enhancing Sanbo Neuroscience's sustainable competitiveness
