# CECport: The National Integrated Circuit Fund plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 3%

According to the announcement from CECport (001287.SZ), the shareholder with a 7.3747% stake, the National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund Co., Ltd. (referred to as "National Integrated Circuit Fund"), plans to reduce its holdings in the company by no more than 22.797 million shares (accounting for 3% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding or block trading. The reduction period will take place within three months after the 15 trading days following the announcement
