Sealand Securities: The concerted action party of the actual controller intends to transfer the shares held in the company under the same control

Sealand Securities announced that the company received a notice from Guangxi Energy Co., Ltd., a concerted party of its actual controller Guangxi Investment Group. Guangxi Energy Co., Ltd. intends to transfer its 205,976,600 shares of Sealand Securities to Guangxi Energy Group through an equity swap. This share transfer is an internal transfer between different entities under the same control, and there will be no change in the actual controller of the company after the transfer. This matter still needs to be submitted to the shareholders' meeting of Guangxi Energy Co., Ltd. for deliberation and must be confirmed for compliance by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange before the share agreement transfer procedures can be processed
