# DBN Group's actual controller plans to reduce holdings by no more than 1.99% of shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, DBN Group (002385.SZ) announced that Mr. Shao Genhuo, the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, intends to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 85.6074 million shares through block trading and centralized bidding trading methods within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement, accounting for 1.99% of the company's total share capital (2.00% of the total share capital after excluding shares in the repurchase special account)
