# Yum! Brands Appoints Ranjith Roy As Chief Financial Officer

> Yum! Brands, Inc. has appointed Ranjith Roy as Chief Financial Officer, succeeding Chris Turner, who will become CEO on October 1. Roy has been with Yum! since 2024, serving as Chief Strategy Officer and Treasurer.

Yum! Brands, Inc. (YUM), a restaurant company, said on Tuesday that it has appointed Ranjith Roy as Chief Financial Officer.

He will succeed Chris Turner, Chief Executive Officer-Designate and Chief Financial & Franchise Officer, who will step into the role of CEO on October 1.

Roy joined Yum! in 2024 as Chief Strategy Officer and Treasurer.
