According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Yuma Technology (300993.SZ) announced that its shareholder Shouguang Yuxin Investment Center (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Yuxin Investment") plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 9.063 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement, accounting for no more than 3% of the company's total share capital
