# DHKJ plans to invest 600 million yuan to establish a subsidiary engaged in semiconductor-related auxiliary equipment business

According to the announcement from DHKJ (600288.SH), in line with the company's strategic development direction and to expand its business layout in the semiconductor industry and emerging sectors, the company plans to invest RMB 600 million using its own funds to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai Xin Heng Xin Rui Technology Co., Ltd. (tentative name, subject to final approval by the market supervision and management department), in Shanghai.

The establishment of this wholly-owned subsidiary is intended to engage in the business of semiconductor-related auxiliary equipment, and the subsidiary's establishment will benefit the company in improving its business layout in the semiconductor industry and emerging sectors, achieving breakthroughs in the company's multidimensional strategic development
