According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Zhangjiajie Xiangjie Low-altitude Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Yang Jie as the legal representative and a registered capital of 100 million yuan. The business scope includes general aviation services, public air transportation, and maintenance of civil aircraft. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Zhangjiajie Municipal People's Government
