# GAD Environmental used idle self-owned funds for cash management to redeem 18.501 million yuan upon maturity

GAD Environmental announced that in August 2025, the company will redeem 18.501 million yuan using idle self-owned funds for cash management, with no new cash management activities during this period. The company plans to reasonably utilize idle self-owned funds while ensuring the safety and liquidity of funds, improving fund utilization efficiency, and obtaining better investment returns. On January 21, 2025, the company's fourth board of directors' sixth meeting and the fourth board of supervisors' fifth meeting reviewed and approved the proposal on the use of idle self-owned funds for cash management, agreeing to use no more than 450 million yuan of idle self-owned funds for cash management, with a usage period of one year from the date of board approval. Within the above period and limit, the funds for cash management can be used in a rolling manner
