# Senci Electric Machinery provides joint liability guarantee for a subsidiary's loan of 50 million

On September 9, 2025, Senci Electric Machinery's wholly-owned subsidiary, Chongqing Anlai Power Machinery Co., Ltd., signed a fixed asset loan contract of 50 million yuan with the Chongqing branch of China Merchants Bank for a term of 3 years. Senci Electric Machinery provided joint liability guarantee for this, and the other party did not provide counter-guarantee. The company had previously approved a guarantee limit proposal for its subsidiary. As of the announcement date, Senci Electric Machinery's total external guarantees amounted to 1,430.6 million yuan, all of which were guarantees for wholly-owned subsidiaries, accounting for 74.91% of the most recent audited net assets, with no overdue guarantees.
