# YourBest plans to establish a joint venture named Wuxi Suneng Superconducting Materials Technology Co., Ltd

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, YourBest (301266.SZ) announced that in order to further expand the company's industrial chain in the new materials field, the company has jointly invested with individual Chen Ran and Wuxi Jiupeng New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. to establish Wuxi Suneng Superconducting Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Wuxi Suneng"), in which the company has subscribed to a capital contribution of 400,000 RMB, accounting for 20% of Wuxi Suneng's registered capital. After this investment establishment, Wuxi Suneng becomes a subsidiary in which the company holds shares. Recently, Wuxi Suneng has completed the relevant industrial and commercial registration procedures and obtained the "Business License" issued by the Data Bureau of Binhu District, Wuxi City.

The company has been deeply engaged in the photovoltaic ribbon segment for nearly 20 years and will continue to focus on the new energy and new materials fields in the future. This investment to establish a shareholding subsidiary, Wuxi Suneng, reflects the company's ability to leverage its R&D advantages, continuously empower the industrialization of new materials, actively expand the industrial chain, and continuously enhance the company's overall strength
