# BIO-THERA: Qletli® (Adalimumab Injection) has received marketing authorization from the UK MHRA

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, BIO-THERA (688177.SH) announced that the company recently received a marketing approval notification for Qletli® (BAT1406, Adalimumab Injection) issued by the UK Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (referred to as "UK MHRA").

BAT1406 is a biosimilar of Adalimumab independently developed by BIO-THERA, expressed by CHO cells as a recombinant fully human monoclonal antibody. It specifically binds to TNF-α and neutralizes its biological function, blocking its interaction with cell surface TNF-α receptors, thereby inhibiting the inflammatory effects of TNF-α. After obtaining marketing approval from the UK MHRA, Qletli® can be sold in the UK, further expanding the company's overseas product categories and enhancing the international influence of the company's products, which is expected to have a positive impact on the company's long-term operating performance
