# FSSS: Jincheng Shazhou's tender offer period has expired, and the stock is suspended

According to the announcement from Fushun Special Steel (600399.SH), as of September 10, 2025, the offer period for Ningbo Meishan Bonded Port Area Jincheng Shazhou Equity Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jincheng Shazhou") to acquire the company's shares will expire. Due to the need to further confirm the results of the offer, in accordance with the relevant regulations such as the "Shanghai Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules," the company has applied for a trading suspension of its stock for one trading day on September 11, 2025 (Thursday), and will resume trading on the day the results of the offer are announced
