WLCSP announced that its shareholder, China Innovation Investment, originally planned to reduce its holdings by no more than 13.0434 million shares, or no more than 2% of the company's total share capital, through block trading from June 27, 2025, to September 26, 2025. As of September 10, 2025, China Innovation Investment has not reduced its holdings in the company and has decided to terminate this reduction plan early based on its own business plans. Currently, China Innovation Investment holds 103 million shares of the company, accounting for 15.77% of the company's total share capital
