# JHT terminates the issuance of A-shares to specific targets for the year 2025

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, JHT (603199.SH) announced that since the disclosure of the plan to issue A-shares to specific targets for the 2025 fiscal year, the company's board of directors, management, and intermediary institutions have been actively promoting various tasks and have strictly followed the decision-making procedures and information disclosure obligations in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and normative documents. After comprehensive consideration of changes in the current market environment, the company's development plan, and other factors, and after sufficient communication and prudent demonstration among relevant parties, the company has decided to terminate the issuance of A-shares to specific targets and will apply to the Shanghai Stock Exchange to withdraw the relevant application documents
