According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Tuopu Group (601689.SH) announced that on September 10, 2025, the company received a notice from its actual controller Mr. Wu Jianshu and his concerted actors Mr. Wu Haonian, Ningbo Zhuyue Investment Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Ningbo Zhuyue"), and Ningbo Paisha Real Estate Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Paisha Real Estate") regarding the reduction of shares in Tuopu Group. The company learned that the aforementioned shareholders reduced their holdings by a total of 13.43 million shares through centralized bidding from August 29, 2025, to September 10, 2025, accounting for 0.7728% of the company's total shares
