# CWB's controlling shareholders plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 3%

According to the announcement from CWB (605005.SH), due to its own funding needs, the controlling shareholder, CWB Group, plans to reduce its holdings in the company by no more than 3.16 million shares through centralized bidding and by no more than 8.02 million shares through block trading, with a total reduction not exceeding 11.18 million shares; the reduction ratios for centralized bidding and block trading will not exceed 0.79% and 2.00% of the company's total share capital, respectively, with a total reduction ratio not exceeding 2.79% of the company's total share capital; due to personal funding needs, the concerted actors of the actual controller, Mr. Chen Wenyiyi and Mr. Chen Wenle, plan to reduce their holdings in the company by no more than 300,000 shares and 550,000 shares through centralized bidding, with reduction ratios not exceeding 0.07% and 0.14% of the company's total share capital, respectively
