According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Sichuan Road and Bridge (600039.SH) announced that in order to attract value investors who recognize the company's intrinsic value and are optimistic about its future development, and to optimize the company's equity structure, the controlling shareholder Shudao Group plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 174 million shares, which is no more than 2% of the company's total share capital. The reduction price will be determined based on the market price at the time of the reduction
